Industrial Meat Tenderizer is a blade style tenderizer for fresh and cooked products. The meat material will be pitched and cutted by two teeth-shaped rotary cutters. The tenderising cutter shafts run synchronously to carves the required depth into the product. The knives shafts move against each other, so that an optimal tenderising of the product is possible without cutting through the product. In this way ,meat easily to absorb the brine and other materials,the tumbling process and bloating time will be great reduced.
